IRINA SOOKUN is an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar since January 2024.

She graduated from the University of Paris-Descartes with a Master’s degree in Business Law and from the University of Sorbonne Paris Nord with a Master’s degree in Digital Law.

She advices and litigates in commercial and digital law and in particular personal data law. She thus assists customers with their personnal data protection issues (carrying out audits and GDPR compliance, drafting privacy policies, impact analyses, etc.) as well as e-commerce (consumer law, sales promotion, general terms and conditions, controls of French Economic Authority, etc.).
