ROLAND POIRIER JOINS LUSSAN AS AN PARTNER IN TAXATION AND M&A
Lussan is strengthening its taxation and M&A team by welcoming Roland Poirier. He advises companies on structuring and negotiating their mergers and acquisitions, as well as their shareholders and directors on asset management, governance and tax litigation. Following Linklaters, PwC and Orrick-Rambaud-Martel, where he became a partner in 2000, Roland Poirier joined Brandford-Griffith specializing in stock market transactions in 2007. Whilst continuing to cooperate with his previous law firm on taxation matters, he will develop the company consultancy activity, an important area of Lussan’s growth, alongside his respected work in commercial litigation and corporate criminal law. The expected rise in criminal/tax litigation following adoption of the Fraud Act will enable the firm’s professionals to pool their expertise.
