Nicolas Bénoit, partner in the Press and Media Law department of LUSSAN, vice-president of the Association des Avocats Praticiens du Droit de la Presse (AAPDP), had the pleasure of being invited, along with Florence Bourg, co-chair of the ACE's press and media law commission and Jean-Philippe Mateus, founder of the IMAGRAPH agency, to the 30th national congress of the ACE in Arcachon to speak at a workshop on the theme, "freedom of expression, disinformation, online hate: issues of regulation on the internet".
