She has a Master 1 in Private Law (Paris II Assas) and is graduated from EM Lyon (Grande Ecole Program).

She worked at DDG and then at Redlink Law firm, as a partner in the Economic Law department.

Emmanuelle Behr advises on commercial and digital law. She assists and advises companies in their BtoB relations (contracts, annual negotiations, partnerships, distribution networks, etc.) as well as in their BtoC relations (consumer law, controls of French Economic Authority, general terms and conditions, privacy policy, sales promotion, etc.).

She has developed a particular know-how in e-commerce and personal data. In particular, she assists companies in their compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and more generally with privacy regulations.

Emmanuelle brings her expertise, both in advising and in litigation, and works with French and foreign companies with a particular knowledge of the tourism sector.

She joined LUSSAN as Partner in January 2022.
